MAX6Non-conventional thoughts in the realm of what is possible:

Minor HERESY  No. 1

There is only one Almighty . At most, you have been very skilled and capable, but remember that you too can make mistakes and that above all you are human!

Socrates was considered the wisest of men, because he “KNEW THAT HE DID NOT KNOW.”

Minor HERESY  No. 2

What brought you to success may not be what you need in order to improve and grow. It may not work in times of crisis or major changes.

Minor HERESY  No. 3

The leader’s agenda  betrays his/her true priorities.

Minor HERESY  No. 4

Hubris: arrogance, self-righteousness. To be avoided.

Humility and Beginner’s Mind: to be pursued.

In the beginner’s mind there are many possibilities, but in the expert’s there are few.

The “carrot and stick” principle is based on the same evidence as believing that lightning is caused by Jupiter’s fury.

Take care of your people, help them grow, develop their potential and they will take care of your business and will make the difference for customers.

Human Resources: CAPITAL, LABOUR and LAND are a firm’s resources according to classical economic theory.

INNOVATION, PASSION, and PEOPLE is what is really needed today.

Heresies, of course, are not for everyone. They will not meet the approval of all.

They are for the “CRAZY ONES”, those that really change things.
